| David Kybett is a new dad, has worked his way from the London Stock Exchange to the Financial Times and wholeheartedly believes in the William Shakespeare quote, “Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers.” In addition to being a Director of redlets, he is the Regional Representative for Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire for the National Landlord's Association (NLA). He enjoys reading and golfing (though not at the same time) and has immense qualifications in both sailing and scuba diving. P.S. He's also a landlord with three properties!

| Matthew Davison is a good Yorkshire lad, owner of The Letting Hound, a qualified Management Accountant and a Landlord himself with two properties. In addition to his Directorship at redlets, he does his fare share of networking in Oxford (and enjoys the breakfasts), tries to get his hands dirty when he can restoring classic cars and keeps his glutes in shape skiing and snowboarding. He does triathlons, plays tennis once in awhile and cooks a tasty carbonara.

| The Letting Hound (aka Max) was abandoned as a puppy and spent his formative months on the mean streets of inner city Leeds. Before he was rescued by the Dog's Trust and given a home by Matthew, he spent his time on the streets of Leeds honing his skills to sniff out great property. Now happily at home in Headington, Max loves long runs, photo shoots,.....and the odd flamboyant squeaky toy.
